What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM

Are early check-ins and late check-outs available?

Early check-in and late check-outs are based on availability and may have an additional charge associated with the request. Please contact our Front Desk for more information.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. To avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Where can I secure my valuables?

There are safes available in every guest room.

Is there complimentary parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available to hotel guests and patrons.

Is there a resort fee?

No, we are happy to share there are no hidden resort fees when booking rooms at Hotel Eastport.

What is your pet policy?

We allow dogs and cats at Hotel Eastport. Dogs or cats must not weigh more than 55 lbs. and must be domesticated. No more than two pets per room are allowed. There is a non-refundable pet charge of $100 for up to 7 nights and $150 for up to 14 days. Please contact our team for long-term stays. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms and pets are not permitted in Hotel restaurants or other Hotel food and beverage areas as well as the conference center, meeting rooms, the pool, and fitness center.

Do you offer ADA rooms?

Yes, we offer rooms equipped with altered layouts and furniture to accommodate individuals with limited mobility.

How can I rent a golf cart?

The Villages Golf Cars offers golf cart rentals. 

Hotel Policies

To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, the following policies will be strictly enforced during your visit:

  • Hotel quiet hours are from 10 p.m. through 7 a.m., nightly. Loud noise, music, voices, gathering in the corridors or excessive traffic in and out of guest rooms is not permitted and can result in eviction from the hotel without a refund. Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the other hotel guests and hotel security. If a noise complaint is received, we will only give one warning to quiet down. Receiving a second complaint may result in the guest being asked to leave with no refund given.
     
  • Parents/chaperones are responsible for the conduct of their children/group members at all times. Must be 21 years of age and provide a credit card to check-in to Hotel Eastport.
     
  • Shoes and shirts are always required in all public areas.
     
  • The fitness center and pool are for use by registered hotel guests only.
     
  • In all public spaces including the pool is hotel alcohol only. Guest may not circulate in public space with alcohol not purchased from the hotel.
     
  • Any guests found tampering with the hotel fire/emergency system will be subject to a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction from the hotel.
     
  • Smoking in any guest room or public area, including the balconies in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking is found in a guest room, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied, $750 cleaning fee for any suites.
     
  • While Hotel Eastport recognizes that hotel guests and visitors may legally possess firearms, we prohibit firearms on hotel property. This policy is intended to create a safe environment for all who visit Hotel Eastport by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms on the premises. Please keep in mind that the safety and security of hotel guests and patrons is of utmost importance. Hotel Eastport prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm on hotel property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or long-barreled gun. Hotel Eastport reserves the right to request guests and visitors who fail to abide by this policy to leave the hotel premises. Failure to leave at the request of the hotel may result in Police Department contact, and may subject you to further legal action for failure to abide by this policy, including trespass. This policy does not apply to on-duty law enforcement officers.
     
  • The hotel and restaurants reserve the right to refuse the sale/service of alcoholic beverages to any individual at any time.
     
  • Any guest found tampering, jumping, prying, or any other neglectful behavior in elevators on property is subject to full charge for resolution and dispatch fee of certified elevator technicians to respond. All elevators are outfitted with surveillance cameras and monitoring.
